
Refund and Returns Policy for Bino Fashion

At Binofashion, we are committed to providing high-quality baby products and ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps you can take to return or exchange products.
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Sale items or discounted products (unless otherwise specified).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Hygiene products, including diapers, wipes, and certain baby accessories, for health and safety reasons.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at hello@binofashion.com or call us at (507) 555-9101 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please ensure that this number is included with your return package.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure that the returned item is delivered safely.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item at no cost to you. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety regulations. These include:
- Diapers, wipes, and similar products.
- Baby bottles, pacifiers, and other personal care products that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards or certificates.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. If the exchange is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@binofashion.com.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. You are responsible for the return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
